Correction Policy
Some listings are gathered from public sources and may not be perfect. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Why corrections matter
The Signal pulls some information from public sources, and details change. Hours, phone numbers, links, dates, and addresses go out of date, and businesses sometimes close or move. We would rather fix it than leave it wrong.
How to submit a correction
Use the Suggest a Correction form. Tell us which listing or page is affected and what the correct information is. The more specific you are, the faster we can fix it.
What happens next
A person reviews every correction. We may edit the listing for accuracy and clarity, and we update it once we can confirm the right information. If you leave an email, we will follow up if we need more detail.
Removing a listing
If a listing should be removed because a business has closed or for another reason, let us know through the same form and we will take care of it.
