Whether you’re completely new to sewing or just need a refresher, this two-session class will walk you through the fundamentals of using a sewing machine. Participants will apply these skills by creating a fully lined, reversible tote bag. You’ll learn how to sew straight, reinforce seams, construct straps, and finish a project cleanly from start to finish. You will need 2 yards of fabric. You can bring your own or you can pick from some of the fabric we have for $5 per yard. 18+
